Tstyl Return, Replacement, Refund and Exchange Policy

At Tstyl, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. To ensure clarity and consistency, this policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are handled. Our policy is designed to protect both our brand and our customers.

  1. Courier Returns (Return to Origin - RTO)

If a courier is unable to deliver your order due to reasons such as incomplete address, unreachable contact, or non-serviceable pin codes, the product will be returned to Tstyl. The following conditions apply:

  • Re-shipping costs to a new or corrected address will be borne by the customer.
  • Refunds will not be processed for orders returned due to customer-related issues unless the error is on Tstyl's side.
  1. Customer Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

If you receive a defective, damaged, or misprinted product, you may request a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • Claims must be submitted within 2 days of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence and an unboxing video.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. If the tags are removed or the product shows signs of use, Tstyl will not process any return or refund.
  • Upon receipt of the returned product, Tstyl will verify that the item is in its original dispatched condition with no damage and that the tags and packaging are intact. If the product passes verification, Tstyl will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days, and you will be notified separately via email.
  • If a replacement is not feasible, Tstyl will initiate the refund process, and the customer will be notified via email.

Refunds are not provided for non-defective items (e.g., wrong size ordered or changes in preference). Customers are responsible for checking the size charts and product details before placing orders.

  1. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective or misprinted. Tstyl does not accept exchanges for reasons such as size or style preference. Customers are advised to verify their size using the provided size charts before placing an order.

  1. Reverse Pickup

For verified defective or damaged products, reverse pickup can be arranged under the following conditions:

  • Reverse pickups must be requested within 5 days of delivery, once a claim has been approved by Tstyl.
  • Upon receiving the returned item, Tstyl will verify the condition of the product. If the product passes the inspection, Tstyl will proceed with a replacement or refund.
  • For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  1. Processing Time for Replacements and Refunds
  • Replacements will be processed within 7-10 business days after verifying the returned product.
  • Refunds for defective products (if a replacement is not possible) will be issued within 7-14 business days after verification. The refund process will be communicated separately via email.
  1. Tag and Packaging Requirements

Products returned without original tags, labels, or packaging or showing signs of use will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Tstyl reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

  1. Color Variations

Due to differences in display settings and the nature of the printing process, slight variations in color may occur. These variations are not considered defects, and refunds or replacements will not be issued for color discrepancies. For precise color matching, we recommend ordering a sample before placing bulk orders.

  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Tstyl reserves the right to deny any return, replacement, or refund request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
  • Tstyl’s liability is limited to the cost of the product in question. We are not responsible for claims or damages exceeding the product’s value.

Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
  • Shipping Time: After processing, orders will be shipped and delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight and delivery destination.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS to keep you updated.
  • Delivery Areas: We deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India. International shipping is currently not available.
  • Order Delays: While we strive to deliver within the specified time, unforeseen delays due to logistics or external factors may occur. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
